Edward Chan
Founder
Edward Chan is an Eagle Scout from Troop 701 in Bangkok, Thailand,
and a former member of Scouting America's National Youth Council (2024-2025). Through his scouting experiences in Asia,
including attending the National Youth Leadership Training Program held in South Korea,
he realized the great challenges Scouts in Asia face in forging friendships and creating lifelong memories. He founded *Scouting Without Borders* to create opportunities for Scouts to lead, serve, and
form lasting friendships.
